Cancellations & Changes
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time with full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases evaluated individually (documented medical emergencies, extreme weather conditions). To modify or cancel a booking, use the code received via email or contact us directly.
Late Arrival & No-Show
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in and safety briefing. Delays up to 10 minutes can be accommodated, but game time may be reduced accordingly without refund. Delays over 15 minutes or no-show result in loss of booking and full amount paid, as they prevent other customers from using the slot.
Age Requirements
Minimum age to participate ranges from 10 to 14 years depending on the chosen experience (check specific details on each game page). All minors under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. For groups with minors under 14, the presence of an accompanying adult in the arena or waiting room may be required. Management reserves the right to refuse access to unaccompanied minors or those without appropriate consent.
Health & Safety
We advise against participation for people with: photosensitive epilepsy, serious heart conditions, balance or vertigo issues, pregnancy, recent surgeries or injuries. Participants must be able to walk, stand and move freely for the duration of the experience. Pre-existing medical conditions must be communicated to staff before the session. VR Experience Cosenza assumes no responsibility for incidents arising from failure to declare relevant health conditions.
Liability
By participating in our experiences, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff and to use equipment responsibly. VR Experience Cosenza provides a safe environment and certified equipment, but cannot be held responsible for damages arising from negligent behavior, failure to follow safety rules, or false declarations about health conditions. Personal belongings not stored in lockers are the owner's responsibility.
Privacy & Recording
Sessions may be monitored via security cameras to ensure your safety. We do not make audio or video recordings for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. Anonymized game statistics may be collected to improve the experience. Your personal data is processed according to GDPR and Italian privacy regulations. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other players. Prohibited: aggressive or harassing behavior, use of offensive language, intentional equipment damage, participation under the influence of alcohol or substances. Management reserves the right to immediately terminate the session and request departure from the facility without refund in case of violation of these rules.
