Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before visiting us.
General
Free-roam VR allows you to move physically in a real area while exploring virtual worlds. Unlike traditional VR where you're stationary, here you can walk, run, crouch and turn freely in the arena. Your real movements correspond exactly to those in the virtual world.
Minimum age ranges from 10 to 16 depending on the game: 10 for light action experiences, 12 for adventures, 14 for standard shooter and horror, 16 for very intense content. All minors under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
Bookings
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date with full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable except documented emergencies.
Delays up to 10 minutes can be accommodated, but game time may be reduced. Delays over 15 minutes result in loss of booking without refund, as they prevent others from using the slot.
Comfort & Health
Free-roam experiences are much less prone to motion sickness than traditional VR because you move physically, not virtually with a controller. Your body and brain receive consistent signals. If you start to feel uncomfortable, stop and notify staff immediately.
Yes, headsets are compatible with most standard-sized prescription glasses. If you have very large or unusually shaped glasses, notify staff who can provide alternative solutions like corrective inserts.
Actual gameplay time ranges from 15 to 60 minutes depending on the experience. Add 30-45 minutes for check-in, briefing, equipment setup and debrief. A complete session typically requires 60-90 minutes total.
Hygiene
We thoroughly sanitize every component after each session with certified products. Headsets are disinfected, facial interfaces are disposable or sterilized, and all controllers are cleaned. The process takes 10-15 minutes between sessions.
Yes, we use disposable facial interfaces for each player or reusable interfaces sterilized with high-temperature steam process. You can request a new sealed interface at reception.
Safety
The system shows all teammates as visible avatars in the virtual environment. When you approach arena boundaries, a virtual warning grid appears. Staff constantly monitors and can intervene via audio if necessary.
Yes, staff has complete view of the physical arena via cameras and the virtual environment on monitors. They can communicate via audio and have emergency controls to pause or end the session instantly.
Requirements
Comfortable, sporty clothing (jeans, t-shirt, sweatshirt are fine). Closed and comfortable shoes are mandatory - no heels, no flip-flops, no sandals. Long hair tied back for headset comfort. Avoid very loose clothing or hanging laces.
You must be able to walk, stand for the session duration, and perform basic movements. If you have mobility issues, heart conditions, photosensitive epilepsy or are pregnant, consult a doctor first. Contact us for specific needs.
Experience
No, absolutely not! Our staff guides you step by step: complete briefing, basic controls practice, and constant assistance during the session. Most of our customers try VR for the first time with us.
Some games support single play (minimum 1 player), while others require at least 2 players for cooperative dynamics. Check specific requirements on each experience page. Single sessions may have an adjusted rate.
